I spoke with one dentist from Asia who enjoys a fantastic reputation and has a growing number of cosmetic clients, yet he cannot afford to live near where he works. Not that he is in poverty when you consider the whole of Asia, but in comparison to western doctors his salary is minimal. Those tickets once you understand the system are so important to ensure an equal share of the profits.</description>
