Obesity is really an epidemic these days. People have become very lazy and does not want to exercise anymore. I do a lot of jogging and brisk walking everyday just to be fit and healthy.

stop the blame game will you? no one is putting a gun to their heads to eat eat eat so much and take the car instead of cycling or walking more.... the amount of food and higher fatty foods consumed is as much the fault of the people preparing it (ie. chinese cooks, restauranteurs, parents, etc) as it is the people who put it in their mouths. It is totally a disease of the affluent and nothing more. Stop the blame game. Stop always being the victim. Take responsibility of your actions. Just stop making stupid arguments. The Americans absolutely have nothing to do with it. There's as much fatty chinese food that is now more and more affordable as there is imported franchises (again owned and prepared and bought by local chinese). If you want to stop being fat.... eat less.... exercise more. it's as simple as that! Ask your elders who had to go through famine. They can only tell you how you are a product of your own fortunes.

Agreed. But, obesity seems to have plateaued in America according to new studies done last year. An alternative to sitting and working is raising the table and putting in a treadmill...I'm definitely thinking about it.
